I am over 50 years old and I'm afraid I may not be able to cope with many exercises

I have a question about the right age for yoga practice. I am over 50 years old and I'm afraid I may not be able to cope with many exercises, e.g. those where you have to work with your hips. However, if I am wrong and there is a chance, I am asking for help and correction.

It's never too late for yoga. Yoga is for everyone.

On the contrary! Of course, if there are any specific problems with a given part of the body - you have to take this into account when choosing the intensity and type of exercise.

Perhaps the problems with the hips are due to the lack of proper stimulation and movement.

Yoga practice can help and bring the expected relief.

However, please do the "hip" asanas carefully at first, especially those with intense turns.
